A place in Kumamoto

I am going to introduce the famous place of Kumamoto. There is a place that Todoroki Suigen near my local. It is known for the place that can be drink fresh water. The place is elected to Meisui Hyakusen that places where condition of maintenance good and do maintenance activity regularly by local people at spring water, river and under ground water elected by The Ministry of the Environment.

The Todoroki Suigen’s water works made three hundred years ago, on other words, Edo Era. In those days, the Bourg of the place’s water quality was not good very well. So, made a plan that make a channel of water 4.8 kilo meters with earthen pipe that length is forty three centimeter and the shape is circle. It was completed sixteen sixty three. But after one hundred years, the condition of water works became bad. So, it was repaired that replace to sluice way of stone. The repair was large scale so, took heavy cost, but the stone sluice way not easy to break more over, and became easy that the management of Todoroki Suigen because applied the tube that form combination.

Todoroki Suigen is oldest water works as it use even now in existence in Japan. But we can drink clean water any time and one hundred twenty home use it. On the summer time, we can drink cold water, but we can drink a little bits hot water on the winter time at there.

Todoroki Suigen is admitted historical value like this, elected Meisui Hyakusen. I seldom to go there, but I learn many things from it because I researched it this time. Now, time is summer, I hope to go there soon. (284words/4380words/4664words)

Self- introduction 20 years in the future

My life as me is what I could be change my life from both hard things and suffering things to enjoyable thing. It is my final goal and unfinished goal. How I enjoy my life everyday, like sad or funny. But, before that, I have to tell my base of character with my history.

When I was in elementary school, I used to pessimist. I tend to think that everything is going wrong and wait a bad end. It was just browsing to seek for not found door in the dark side. Even when I start sport club and other club, I quit them soon or almost did not go. I totally forgot to do effort.

When I entered junior high school, my life changed greatly. I was belonged the track and field club. Masahiko Nisimura was in charge of the club. He was knew very strict teacher almost of all student. The beginning of the club, he let running hard to the club student included me. His training was so hard more than I expected. On the contrary, my best time was every time renewal thanks to my hard practice and I enjoyed running. I could get power of endurance, and I could hard to me. More over, I also kept running at high school.

My second turning point of my life came when I was in high school. In the track and field club, a girl who I was very favorite and cute was there. But she moved other high school some month later because of her father’s business trip and more some month later, she send me a letter that she afford to study and track and field club very much. In those days, I was belonged communication course class like majoring English course. So, I study hard English and do the best to track and field. Because of these things, I could keep track and filed six years through Junior high school to high school and I could go abroad to the Hawaii for study.

Now, my student life almost near the end and this is one of the punctuation of my life. To aim at more high place, I want to be a diplomat to make use of my English skills that not enough at present phase though. But I continue to study hard while I work my job and I will get my dream in the future. (403words/3977words/4380words)

My Treasure

My treasure is memory in beautiful Hawaii. There were many things like good and bad. But that are unforgettable incidents and most wonderful time for me. I could remember everything about it vividly even now.

I went to the abroad to Hawaii after graduate high school. The reason why I decided to go to abroad to Hawaii is I wanted to study genuine English, not in Japan. Moreover, the school where I went to abroad called Hawaii Tokai International College(HTIC) is the place I went to there before because a language training camp at there when I was in high school. That why I went to the HTIC easily.

At first, I could not communicate with local people in Hawaii even school teacher. I had a little bit confidence about my English skills, particularly speaking. But the local people used English that I don’t know grammar in spite of easy words they used, so I could not catch what they said at all. I hesitated many times when I speak English on that condition. At finally, I became to speak only with Japanese student unconsciously.

The turning point came suddenly. I found a recruitment of roommate when I saw a bulletin board at elevator. According the bulletin, the roommates come from local high student. I wanted to change myself from the way to negative to speak English. So, I decided to apply to the roommate. My roommate was about thirty and he has a many occupations like radio‘s DJ, computer consultant and sports instructor. He was pretty talkative and his speak is so fast. But I tried to understand what he says because I wanted to not come back to the negative me.

After three month, as a result of my effort, I accustomed life in Hawaii gradually and I could speak English with local people. I made some fiends who play surfing and who play musical instruments like guitar, drum and piano. After school, I never failed to go outside and enjoyed talking and hangout. I changed myself from past me. The Hawaii was changed me. I will keep enjoying my life more than now, like Hawaii Time!(359words/2579words/2938words)

About My Family

My family is five people who are I and two younger brothers and my parent. We are very get along each other nicely. I’m going to introduce my good family.

After graduate a high school, I went to Hawaii for study English. When I came back from Hawaii, I went to the Kumamoto Foreign Language Academy to keep study English. Moreover, I’m in Kumamoto Gakuen University now. I hope that I could be getting a job related with international field.

My mid brother is Takuya. He is pretty tall more than me because He was belonging with bally ball club when he was in high school student. So, I’m mistaken many times as mid brother when I and Takuya there together! I hope that I want to taller Takuya even now!

My youngest brother is Taishi. He was born when I was twelve. In the future, I will be thirty when he gets eighteen! That it likes papa and sun! He is now ten years old and he belong with base ball club. From this year, he can play on the match, so I’m looking forward to see his good playing.

My mother is pretty strong woman and she has many complain sometimes, but she is most kind person in my family. So, if she got angry with me, I don’t care about it. She knows me nothing to my inner heart but she takes care of me anytime. So she is most kind woman, Naomi.

My father is always calmed, silent and not talkative. So I don’t know what he thinking about at all. But he could express his feelings with musical instruments and his voice. He often use guitar when he express his feeling to someone.

My family is included various type of person. Every person in my family has good aspects. I hope that we are like a family we could help each other anytime.(314words/2265words/2579words)

The reason that I began to study English

The reason that I began to study English is really simple. I was belongs to English drama club when I was four to six years old. But I didn’t do that seriously. I was just belonged to there.

I enrolled communication course which was English major at high school. There were two turning points of my life at there. I have girl who I fell in love when I belongs to track and field club. But she move out because of her father’s job. I go a letter from her some month later. Her grade was top at her new high school. I was really surprised and I supposed that I have to find the goal and I want to try successes it. This is my first turning points of my life and my best reason to begun to study English.

I began to study English so hard. I focused on vocabulary at first. I remembered characteristics of parts of speech, antonym and synonym. Because of these things, I got a full score of vocabulary tests that take place after home room almost every day. Moreover, I got four hundred score of TOFLE test.

My second turning point of my life came when I go to Hawaii with language training camp when I was in high school. Every days of my life was different from usual. I was really shocked that difficulties to listen to English because of the fast to speak. I recognized that I have to study about listen to English more. My second shock was American people have a different thought each person. They could say own words with own thought even a little child. It was the terrible to how I disappointed about I couldn’t say my opinion in English. But I tried to do it every time when I have an opportunity to say opinion I have.

I almost decided to enroll to Kitakyusyu Siritsu University at first. But, I decided to enroll to Hawaii Tokai International College eventually including these experiences at Hawaii and I was sure that I can more learn realistic English at Hawaii than Japan.

Now, I’m in Kumamoto Gakuen University and I couldn’t study English much because I have to get the credits of general course. But I have some environments to study English such as English garden, (readings in English) English lounge. (Speak English only)


My final goal is to be diplomats until twenty nine. I keep trying to get the first grade of STEP tests until then.(419words/2740words)
